She has to carry out the field activities; collect and bring back the supporting documents for any funds spent on field; working closely with the beneficiaries and prepare the reports related to the activities carried out; establish the weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for the activities to be conducted. Evaluate the performance of projects and measure the level of achievement of set goal.
