He ensures the coordination of all activities of Projects notably, field activities, action plan and budget management control and the periodic report related to the project activities. He verifies and approves payment of any expenditure; He manage all asset of the organization; evaluates the staff at the 1st stage and in collaboration with Program &Finance officer, prepares new proposals of project to be transmitted to various partners and assists the Representative of ADI TERIMBERE to look for those partners.
